Second-Hand In Demand

At J&T Appliance and Repair, we strive to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. We offer a variety of refurbished and new appliances. Our technicians fully inspect each unit and check the quality of the parts in the units. Any broken, worn part gets replaced. Appliances go through a multi-step inspection before it's sold. We take pride in our longevity as a company and high-customer satisfaction.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All sales are final. There are no refunds or credits even on deposits. All warranty related issues need to be reported within the 3 Month Warranty period.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

J&T Appliances warranties all large appliances for a period of 3 months and small appliances for 1 month.  Warranty covers all parts (except ice maker, clocks, electronics and self-cleaning element(s) under defect and labor for delivered appliances only, unless brought back into store location. If service is requested and no problems are found under the warranty description, a $60.00 minimum charge will be collected. Failure to pay charge will forfeit a warranty. (Large Appliances Include: Washers, Dryers, Ovens./Stoves, Refirdgerators, Freezers and Stackable Washer/Dryer Unit.)

 J&T Appliances is NOT responsible for any damage caused by any appliance under ANY circumstances. J&T Appliances assumes no responsibility for spoiled food. No hook-ups on any appliances.  No refunds of any kind, even on deposits.

1)Must wait 4 hours after delivery before plugging the refrigerator or warranty is VOIDED.

2) IF refrigerator is laid on its back, must wait 24 hours before plugging in or warranty is VOIDED.

3) Dial settings should NEVER be on highest setting or warranty is VOIDED.

4) Any damage to the appliance beyond wear and tear the warranty is VOIDED.

J&T APPLIANCE AND REPAIR DELIVERY AND PICK UP POLICY

We offer delivery to Macomb, Oakland, and Wayne County. The delivery includes Refridgerators, Stoves/Ovens, Freezers on the main floor. Washer and Dryers in the basement. Any other location of the appliance will include addtional fee.

Removal and installation is at the discretion of the appliance delivery profressionals. There is no credit or reimbursement for delivery if an appliance is not removed or installed. Safety of our customers and staff is our top priory.

All appliances that are picekd up at the store location must be returned for parts and labor. Pars are not provided to do self-repair. If self-repair is done on an appliance it will VOID the warranty immediately.
